Our HR System is fully integrated with your Sage Pastel Payroll & HR Software, meaning changes made in either application can be reflected in both your Sage Pastel Payroll & HR System.

Salary Structuring

Our Salary Structuring Module offers you the ability to perform complex and intricate remuneration package structuring. It simplifies the complicated task of structuring a Total Cost To Company remuneration package, according to the employee’s letter of appointment or net salary expectations. Our Salary Structuring Module offers 8 calculators to assist you with the quick calculations of various allowance and fringe benefit values.

Sage Pastel Payroll Intelligence Reporting

Sage Pastel Payroll Intelligence Reporting is a Module that dynamically links to your payroll data, taking your business way beyond traditional reporting functionality, using the power of Microsoft® Excel. If you entrust Microsoft® Excel to share, present and analyse information, then our Sage Pastel Payroll Intelligence Reporting Module is for you.

Third Party Payments

With our Third Party Payments Module, any company deduction or contribution can now be reconciled and paid over to the relevant third party company at the click of a button. No more manual capturing required with a once-off beneficiary (third party) setup, eliminating human error and saving valuable processing time. Third parties can include Provident Funds, Medical Aids, Garnishee Orders, Industrial Councils, OID and EMP201 SARS payments, to name a few.

Multiple Transaction Manager

Our Multiple Transaction Manager Module allows you to give the entire company a salary increase based on either a set value or a specific percentage and process a production bonus or commission for all employees, or a group of employees, by only using one screen. Over shutdown periods, putting your entire workforce on leave has never been this quick and easy. This feature allows you to affect global changes to any transaction within your Payroll data to all, or a selection of employees, without having to scroll between individual payslips. Industrial Council Compliance

Our Industrial Council Compliance Module automates and streamlines processing of transactions and returns that companies have to submit to Industrial Councils such as MIBFA, MIBCO, PSIRA and many more. Now you no longer have to manually complete the Industrial Council reports. Simply generate the submission file and e-mail it to the applicable Industrial Council at the click of a button. With Sage Pastel Payroll Self Service, employees can apply for leave and get payslips online, anywhere, anytime. What’s more, Payroll Administrators and Business Owners will get their payroll software updated automatically, eliminating manually recapturing leave or travel claim forms.

With Sage Pay, you can enjoy the benefit of validating and verifying your employees’ ID Numbers and Bank Accounts by paying a modular fee on a monthly or annual payment plan.
